I'm asking to be prayed for today. I have some true mental health problems that I cannot seem to get over. It's caused me to be erratic, hateful, and it's causing me to lose a lot of people that I love because they cannot deal with it. I understand mental health diagnosis cause issues, yet at some point I have to take responsibility for what I've done. I've acted out of character, I've harassed, I've been verbally going for the jugular with people that have hurt me when I shouldn't even care because of a situation. So please I am asking for your prayers help me be the person that I need to be not the person that I am. I don't think my prayers have been heard so I'm asking all of you to step in for me and maybe get me a little Divine guidance and support because I feel as though I've been completely left to my own devices. I want to be mentally well. I want to be a good person. I don't want to ever hurt anyone in any way ever again. Please ask God to help me. Please I'm really begging you.

Heavenly Father,
We lift up Christina Marie to You today, asking for Your divine guidance and healing. Lord, You know the struggles she faces with her mental health, the pain that has caused her to act out of character, and the hurt that has distanced her from those she loves.
We pray that You bring peace to her mind, healing to her heart, and strength to her spirit. Deliver her from anger, guilt, and shame, and replace them with patience, kindness, and love. Help her to become the person she longs to be — gentle, compassionate, and whole.
Grant her clarity and wisdom to let go of situations that do not serve her well. Surround her with supportive people who will encourage her journey toward wellness. Let her feel Your presence daily, reminding her that she is never alone and that her prayers are heard.
Lord, guide Christina toward mental wellness, faith, and hope. May she never again cause harm, but instead be a source of light and love to all around her.
In Jesus’ name we pray,
Amen
It's good that the Lord is helping you see that your behavior is off. Do you have a doctor you can turn to? I'm sure you can get help with medications and counseling, but you have to reach out. If money is a concern, most areas have a county or state mental health agency that can help.
