I have an addictive personality and I can relate. The smallest thing changed for me but it was actually a big thing because it is working. I use an app on my phone and track every single thing I eat, even gum and the smalles things and am honest. I weigh myself every morning and I found that I would really feel in control, when I saw the weight either stay the same or come down. I did this for a whole year once I saw results. I stopped drinking a lot because it was calories and I am sleeping so much better, I look better and most importantly I FEEL SO STRONG and healthy. I am making more friends and actually more successful in relationships. Sounds crazy. but it worked for me. Sharing. Thinking of you.
