I am requesting prayer. I have been in an on-going battle pulling our agency back together after releasing a staff member. I’ll complete one thing, and boom…I face another challenge. If you’ve ever been in a fight, you know that sometimes your arms get tired. Well, my arms are getting tired. I’m losing sleep. I’m working late, and on weekends. I just need things to calm down so I can catch up and catch my breath.

Although it is easier said than done, try pulling yourself OUT of the work mindset even for an hour. I promise you, it will be okay. include some self time, calming time, the mind is very tricky and if we let our thoughts consume us with fear, guilt, paranoia, worry...it makes us sick and much of what our minds create is not necessarily true. Give yourself the reminder that you are here now, in this moment, alive and have so much to give in a loving way. Keep the emotions at bay and to do this, detach and remind yourself of the right now, let it drift like clouds in the sky and you will feel better, more in a reality of what is important. I hope this makes sense. All the best to you. You are going to be just fine.
