Hi , I have been praying so hard to quit smoking , I am struggling . my heart is not the best , I need to heal but the smoking has a hold on me , please pray for me I am older and alone so nobody to rely on but GOD , Thank you all may god bless you

Heavenly Father,
We lift up Freedah Wright to You today with love, urgency, and hope. You see the battle she is fighting, the grip that smoking has on her body, her mind, and her routines. You also see her deep desire to be free β to breathe easier, to heal, and to step into the life You want for her.
When cravings rise up, meet her with Your peace. When discouragement whispers that she canβt do it, remind her that Surround her with support, discipline, and the inner fire to keep trying, even on the hard days.
Break every chain that keeps her bound. Replace the urge to smoke with the urge to live fully, breathe deeply, and walk in freedom. Let her feel proud of every small victory, knowing You are walking beside her step by step.

Tell you doctor. They may have medication or therapies you can take on that will help this. There is so many new medical supports for this now...It could help. Help yourself by asking your doctor and then, feel that sense of independence and confidence AND HEALTH. You can do it. You can...one step. make the appointment.
