Isaiah 26:3 you keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you. God give us peace, we ask for it. We ask forgiveness and he forgive us. Now we forgive ourselves and every time a thought comes to your mind who do you think you are? remember what you did... you say Jesus forgave me and he died on the cross for me and that is enough.
