Thanks again for prayers for me and my loved ones.

Please continue to pray that I will have relief from the chronic muscle spasms I have had since 1984. For a month or 2 they have been getting worse every day. This is ironic. They bothered me somewhat in the past, but nothing like now. Even with the spasms, for years in the 1980s and '90s I was able to hold a job that included a lot of computer time, and although it was not good, on weekends I would spend several hours reading at the library. This year, after seeing my ophthalmologist, it occurred to me that since reading made the spasms worse, it would be good to cut back on my reading. I was so wrong. I wish I could go back to the way I was at the beginning of the year.

Please continue to pray for my nephew and his cats, that they will all remain healthy and that they will have a good place to live before the building where they live is demolished in January.
