Please continue to pray for me and my nephew and his cats. Things are looking better for both of us.

In my case, I still have the chronic muscle spasms but I am more optimistic. Although the long term isn't clear, I had 2 or 3 hours of total relief the other night. There were almost no spasms during that time, and I felt better than I have ever felt since 1984. I figure if it could happen once, it could happen again. I think I am finally seeing some results from my new medication.

The last I heard of my nephew, he was ready to move but the new house was not available. I hope that works out before the 22nd when he needs to leave his old place.
