Prayer Request
Hello so today I would like to ask people to pray for me during this time because I am currently going through my first spiritual warfare. I am new to my spiritual journey and finding my relationship with God, but I’ve also noticed that since I started building my relationship with God, I have been being attacked by negativity and the devil in his schemes and his doubts I would like to ask for anyone to pray for me to keep the devil and his evil schemes and his negativity away from my heart my mind, my body and my soul I would like to ask anybody to pray for me to keep the negative and evil energy that lurks and is waiting to attack me away from my heart my mind, my body and my soul I am in a need for prayers and to be surrounded by people that believe in God as well please pray for me to overcome my spiritual warfare Thank you.

Prayer for Jalisa Holman’s Spiritual Protection and Strength
Heavenly Father, We lift up Jalisa Holman to You today, as she continues her sacred journey of faith and connection with You. Surround her with Your divine light and shield her from all forces that seek to disturb her peace. In this season of spiritual awakening, we ask for Your protection against every form of negativity, doubt, and fear that tries to cloud her heart and mind.
Grant her the strength to stand firm in Your truth, the courage to walk boldly in Your love, and the clarity to discern Your voice above all others. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard her spirit and bring calm to her soul. May she feel Your presence in every moment and know that she is never alone.
We rebuke any evil energy or influence that seeks to distract or discourage her. Instead, we call forth joy, wisdom, and unwavering faith to fill her life. Let her testimony be one of victory, transformation, and grace.

Thomas gave some good suggestions. Give yourself some credit for being on the right track because you can identify the devil's tricks--many people don't see it and step straight into his trap. When you sense the devil's presence, don't react--first stop and ask yourself what Jesus would do in that situation. As you know, it's not always easy to do this, but getting in that habit will save you from escalating any bad situation. It also calms us down and reminds us that we are not alone.

First, God loves you. Your resonance is changing. Find positive mantras along with prayer. These are some of mine, you may use them as your own: (I am Blessed); (Walk with me Jesus, walk with me); (I forgive); (I am the perfect child of God, no better, no worse than any other). I say one of them on repeat and when my vibration settles, that's when I pray and ask for Jesus to walk with me.
