To stay cam and stop losing my temper so easily, and for such little things. I recently had a heart attack, and am supposed to take it easy. But ever since that happened I find myself getting very angry very easily and quickly. I have always been very calm and laid back, about everything. Now I'm now quick tempered, stressed out, and depressed. Please Pray for me to calm down and stop losing my temper. Thank you
