My heart would race all of a sudden. I couldnt catch my breath. Something would trigger the Fear I had. I thought I was dying. I had to believe and trust God, Hes always there. He said he would never leave us nor forsake us. I repeated..God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind. Along with, different scriptures.
