Lord,
You know the worries I carry about my work and my future.
You see the effort I give, and the uncertainty I face.

Grant me wisdom to speak with clarity,
courage to stand for fairness,
and peace to wait for Your timing.

Soften the hearts of those making decisions —
may they act with honesty and justice.
If this contract is meant for me, let it be fair and secure.
If not, open the right door and guide me toward it.

I trust that my work, my salary, and my future
are all safe in Your hands.
