Lord,
You see my heart and the effort I give each day.
You know the uncertainty I am carrying —
about my contract, my future, and the decisions of others.

I place this situation in Your hands.
Give me peace when I feel anxious,
strength when I feel weary,
and wisdom to know the right steps.

Guide those who hold authority over me —
soften their hearts to act with fairness and clarity.
If doors are meant to open, may they open soon;
and if not, lead me gently to the path You have prepared for me.

Above all, let me trust that my work and my future
are safe in Your care.
