please help me pray God will strengthen my heart and lead me and my ex path to be together again. I really need her in my life.

please pray for me.. this is very hard and difficult for me.. my ex and i agreed on 1 month pause all communications. Today is day 6, we didn’t talk to one another.. She said hopefully i can heal faster and both of us can bounce back asap, because she told me that she need a friend to share.. what am i supposed to do? I feel like wanting to supress all my feelings for her but i can’t.. every now and then i keep on thinking abt her.. please help me pray..
