Dear Jesus,

I place my precious baby completely in Your loving hands. Please surround my baby with Your protection and keep them safe, healthy, and growing strong within me.

Lord, protect my baby’s tiny heart. Let it continue to beat strongly and steadily. Guide every part of my baby’s development—every organ, every little limb, every cell—and let everything grow exactly as it should.

Please protect this pregnancy from miscarriage, complications, illness, and anything that could harm my baby. May the little bruise seen on my ultrasound heal completely and cause no harm to my baby or this pregnancy.

Bless my womb and make it a safe and peaceful home for my baby. Give my body everything it needs to nourish and protect this little life.

When fear from the past enters my heart, help me place that fear in Your hands. Give me peace and strength as I wait for each new milestone.

Bless my baby with life, health, and a beautiful future. May I one day hold this child safely in my arms and thank You for carrying us through this pregnancy.

Jesus, I trust in You.

Dear Jesus,

Tonight I place my pregnancy, my baby, and tomorrow’s appointment completely into Your loving hands.

Lord, I pray with all my heart that tomorrow brings good and reassuring news. Please let us see a healthy little baby, growing at the right size and with a strong, beautiful heartbeat. ❤️

Protect my baby, Jesus. Let every little part develop as it should. Surround my womb with Your protection and give my baby everything needed to continue growing safely and healthily.

You know the fear I carry because of what I have been through before. When those fears enter my mind tonight and tomorrow, help me remember that this is a new pregnancy and a new little life, held in Your hands.

Bless the doctor who examines me tomorrow. Guide their hands and their eyes, and may the ultrasound bring the reassurance my heart is longing for.

Mother Mary, stay close to me as a mother. Please intercede for me and for my little baby, and accompany us tomorrow.

Please hold my heart gently during this time of loss and grief.
You know the pain, the fear, and the emptiness left behind after this miscarriage.
Give me strength on the difficult days, peace in the moments of anxiety, and hope when my heart feels heavy.

Help my body recover fully and restore me with health and healing.
Bless my future with the possibility of new life, and when the time is right, guide me toward a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby.

Protect the little life that I dream of carrying one day.
Let my home be filled not with fear, but with love, comfort, and hope again.

Give wisdom to the doctors caring for me, patience to my waiting, and closeness between me and those who love me.
And please remind me that even after sorrow, joy can return.

Please bless me with a smooth recovery from this miscarriage, free from complications, pain, or infection.

When the time is right, bless me with a healthy pregnancy and a healthy child, carried safely and peacefully without further complications.

Dear Jesus I pray for a healthy smooth recovery with no complications for my miscarriage.

Please pray for me. Last friday I got really bad news… after an ultrsound at 8 weeks with healthy heartbeat, 3 weeks later at 11 weeks appt, I was told baby stopped growing at 9 week with no heartbeat, while I have no miscarriage symptoms. Pray for me so Jesus can give me courage as this Wednesdsy I will go through medical management of miscarriage. I hope that Jesus will bless me with a healthy baby in near future.
