Dear almighty, my lord, my god. I am not sure if I am really bad or what but than I have tried my best n coz myself suffering. I have this tenant who says her husband is ill n they have rented my condo n not paying for 3 mths n utility for 2 years. They wana move out but not informing me instead of mgmt office n I was notify. Now I am asking for my outstanding n they keep telling ms they can’t pay. My god pls help them to get the payment for me. I have been giving them chances years ago before this happen n they keep telling me they are getting better. Pls help me
