I need prayer I'm a married 45 year year old man need. prayers I've been having to deal withAnxiety atteck lately. I have a dad who talks down on me and my wife for hours, we both get Anxiety from my dad. my wife and I ben getting panic atteck from my dad. my wife who is a 50 year women. my wife and I both get anxiety from my dad.

Please seek counseling from your county's mental health agency, a counselor in your health insurance network, Catholic Community Services, etc. You may need to detach from your father for a while, but even if you feel you can't do that, a counselor can help you and your wife deal with it so it doesn't make you physically ill. A good counselor will help you take control of the situation and protect your wife. Your father is abusive and you don't have to tolerate abuse. You and your wife will be in my prayers, but please make a call on Monday and get an appointment with a counselor ASAP.
