I desperately NEED a raise in my current position. I am a hard worker and put in an easy 10-16 hour days and work two jobs sometimes EVEN 3. Unfortunately, I feel like my life consists of ONLY working and NOT having the ability to LIVE life as it should because I do NOT have a superior salary cushion and MUST watch my budget most strictly. Certainly I need to get the courage to talk with my employer at my upcoming review/anniversary in about 8 weeks. My prayer is that I have the ability to help my employer know that I have produced incredible results over the past two years and that I am richly valuable. If they are NOT willing to offer me the raise that I so deserve I PRAY that another job opportunity will come my way that is even better as my this position does NOT include time in half pay over 40 hours(which I do NOT understand how that is legal) nor any benefits EXCEPT great time of but I do NOT view it as a benefit since I do not have the means to actually go on a REAL vacation. I PRAY for wisdom, a shield of protection, and the NO fear attitude when having to have the needed conversation. It is my belief that you should NEVER ever underpay a HARD WORKING employee but that it what has happened. It is really depressing knowing others that do not have my dedication, education, and genuine LOVE for what they do and are paid literally DOUBLE of what I make. God help me to appreciate what I have but to be blessed abundantly as I deserve this to the core of my BEING !! I thank you in advance for your MUCH needed prayers. THANK YOU !!!
