I have a herniated disk and bone spurs on my spine that keep it stirred up.I have alot of hip pain from ostoprosis in the 1st stages. The chronic pain i feel has become a constant inconvience that makes me push myself to much. please pray for relief so i can spend more quality time with my kids and husband. Also my mother is suffering with hip pain from the same thing as me but hers has come to needing replacement,guide her to make the decision to do what will work for her.
