Heavenly Father,
You see the struggles I face at work and the worries about what will happen when my contract ends.
You know the truth of how we are being treated, and You are a God of justice and fairness.

Lord, I place this situation in Your hands.
Protect me and my colleagues from unfair treatment.
Give us courage to stand up for what is right, and wisdom to speak with clarity and dignity.

If doors seem to close, open new ones that no one can shut.
Let our work be valued for what it truly deserves, and may fairness guide the decisions made about our future.

Cover me with Your peace, and remind me that no matter what happens, my worth comes from You, not from titles or scales.
