Can I please ask for prayer for the situation we have with our neighbour. He has at least 10 dogs and our houses are very close together. The dogs bark constantly and fight. He doesn’t care for them and the stench from all the faeces and urine means that we can’t enjoy our own backyard. We have contacted local council and RSPCA all to no avail and if we approach him he is abusive. Please pray that he will surrender the dogs or they will be removed from his premises. Thankyou
