Please pray for me. I’ve been experiencing neck and back pain for over 6 months since working from home and nothing I have done has fixed it. I’ve tried chiropractic care, physical therapy, massages, changing my ergonomic set up to match what I had in the office and several other things but nothing has provided more than very temporary relief and sometimes the pain almost seems like it’s getting worse. I have an MRI next week and am praying that nothing serious will be found but also that a solution is identified. I’m 37 years old, have never had this type of pain before and it is greatly affecting my quality of life and making me feel depressed.
