God please remove all my anxiety issues I m going through these day. It’s impacting my minute to minute life.. Please help and mercy!!

Chanda, I hear you. You are on my prayer list. SOmetimes when I am extremely anxious I take out a small journal and write down the alphabet and then write something that I am grateful for, that starts with each letter. So :
Ant traps
Baby laughter
Carolyn
Dad
Eating healthy....
It takes my mind off the anxiety and when I am done I can see how much I have to be grateful for. Just a thought. Helps me, anyway and used to help my students when I was a teacher. Or just write one or two things each day and use some crayons or colored pencils to doodle....
