Good thing you've acknowledged your weaknesses, now you need to develop faith and trust in God Almighty because you are His child and God loves you unconditionally. All you need to do is Believe, Trust and speak positively (there's power in our tongue). Write down the positive things you want in your live, keep speaking about it until they become your reality.

Your parents failed you but that does not mean you are a failure. I pray that you will find the faith to believe in yourself.
