Practically, don't forget your breathing exercises. In through the nose, out through the mouth, slow and steady.
Spiritually, remember that God is the Pilot of our lives. We have to submit to Him in every season, every time we embark on flight. He gives us free will, but He really wants us to choose His will. When we do, anxiety levels will be low.
If another person is causing the anxiety, evaluate the pros and cons. Seriously make a list that you can visualize.
