It's always hard losing a loved one and especially at times of Holiday activities. Reaching out a Pastor helps. What really helps is to find and join a group of like minded individuals who are traveling the same road. My church has a program called Griefshare. It really helped me cope with the loss of a loved one. Look up the website they might have a listing of one close to you. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you through. It takes time to heal. It will get easier. Let Go and let God. With much Love in Christ.

Father God,we relize how hard it is to lose a loved one,I haven't lost a husband but I have lost ,parents,grandparents,I know it is no easy thing to go through,so I do pray your will to be done in your presence being tight there giving her your peace that passes all understanding,we thank you,amen.
