My son and his wife, after 12 years together including 6 years of marriage are having such a difficult time. I ask for prayers for them and our 4 year old grandson. After all of these years, I would love to see them stay together. Divorce isn't always the answer. I think learning to know your spouse, learning to argue fairly and as adults, learning to listen to each other and communicating is so important. Thinking of their son, going from one home to the other every weekend...that just makes me ill! My husband and I got married to be married and have a family. We had some very tough times, but at no time did either one of us want to give up on our marriage and put our children through a divorce. Now that we are retired, we are so happy we are still together and have a wonderful life we have built together. I just want our children to try to think it through and understand what they said in the marriage vows. Please send prayers for them and their son...this is so hard on all of us!
