Dear God. I know I have failed you many times. I do have a request though that I know you alone can answer. My family and I are struggling financially and I am trying to keep it all together. Can you please help me in this time of need to help my family and I get through this difficult time. Please put my mind at ease and help me to regain composure over this situation. I also pray for the courage to quit my smoking habit and get control of my weight. My health screening has me worried and I will try to get it under control. With you all is possible.
