God please help me with anxiety about leaving the house. I’m scared something bad will happen again if I leave.

I pray God that He will show me that I am loved and cared for. I struggle with borderline personality disorder and PTSD and I just seem to keep hurting people and ruining relationships. I think God treats me like people on earth do and myself and I don’t know what to do. I need to see God in my life and past everything.
