“When you find yourself in Hell, keep moving!” Henry Kissinger Our journey in life is sometimes a very bumpy & difficult road...everyone experiences bad times. No exceptions! Don’t give up on your prescribed medication’s, it takes depression & anxiety meds 3-6 weeks to get into your system. If you take the meds as prescribed and if you don’t feel they are helping after 4-5 weeks, CALL YOUR DR, just never give up. You could be one day away from the medicine kicking in. More people give up on life when they are at the threshold of starting to work their way out of the terrible state your dealing with. Everyone is here for a reason, you are important and your purpose is important. Keep searching for what will make you better. You will pull out of this dark place you have landed in. And if you find yourself here again some day, your experiences in how to handle this situation will make it some what easier...& you will be able to share your experience with others who will be looking for the same answer you are hunting for today. Keep the Faith, pray constantly and please never ever let hopelessness beat you. You have no idea how many people you will inspire & save threw your own personal experiences. 🙏🙏🙏
