I suffer with those exact same issues with therapy and medication. Sometimes prayer is the only thing that helps and that's only if I can get my mind to focus. I will pray for both of us.

Prayer Request

Please pray for me. I have been experiencing really bad depression and anxiety. I have not been doing well physically and have lost a dramatic amount of weight in just a few weeks without trying. Just praying it's not anything serious. I have seen a doctor and test are being done.
