My mom passed away in 2009. She had a dog that I inherited the care of. She really loved this dog and I have grown to love him as well. I found out that he is very sick and I will probably have to put him down. His name is Sam, he follows me everywhere never lets me out of his sight. Maybe he does this because my mom went to the hospital and never came back, idk. I have yelled at him for being under foot and wished that he wouldn't always be following me. Now I can't imagine him not being here. I know that life ends and that it's best not to let him suffer and that it will be the best thing for him...right, I do know that, could it be that he is all that I have left of my mother? I miss her so much! Please pray for Sam that he is not in much pain for too long and that God will fill my heart with peace when the time comes for me to put him down. Thank you!
