My dear sisters and brothers in Christ, His peace be upon you all! I am in a serious financial bind right now, having thousands of dollars worth of debt but barely enough to pay for them. I have relied for almost a year now on my sister's generosity, for my house rent and daily expenses but also she has her own family to prioritize. We are in a foreign country, trying to better our lives yet with this financial dilemma, I could be facing time in jail and deportation. I admit I have been irresponsible with my finances in the past yet I sincerely ask the Lord, with your help in prayer, to give me another chance please to recover, pay all my dues and be able to provide again for my parents back home in the Philippines. Add to this that my father has lately been diagnosed with Bell's palsy. Each day is tense-filled one trying to make ends meet and face these challenges.
Dear Lord, please give us the strength to overcome these trials in our lives and to keep myself and my family safe. I ask Your forgiveness for keeping my talents hidden, under the ground, for not being Your light and voice.. for being too scared to share my gifts. I have learned my lesson, and through my art, simple as they are, may Your name be glorified. I only ask for time and the resources to clear all my debts, Lord. I put all my trust in You.

Peace be with you, my friends. Please do pray for me. While I just finished my 2nd week in my new job after 4.5 months of unemployment, the latter has resulted to a major financial problem for me, not being able to pay my rent in all these months and surviving on small loans from friends. Now that option is running out. I am yet to receive my first salary which will be thinly spread across all my bank obligations. Having none left for myself is the least of my worries. I am blessed to have a job which is walking distance from my home. It's the banks that I am worried about. I just need more time to get a second job, part-time, make and sell some paintings, create enough craft items for sale; bottom line, to make more money. Please, please, please, Lord, deliver me.
