My job is becoming unbearable. Please, God, I pray that you will sweep away the evil and injustice that has been happening at my workplace. It’s affecting the health and the sanity of my coworkers and me. Management is not treating us fairly, and when we suffer it affects resident care. I am praying for betterment within the community.
