Lord Jesus,
Tonight I come to You with a weary body and a full heart.
You know the dryness I feel — in my throat, in my heart, in my waiting.

Touch me with Your healing hand,
soothe my breathing, and calm the restlessness within me.

Help me to release all worry and trust that You are near,
working quietly, even in the moments I do not understand.

Give me peaceful sleep,
and let my body restore itself under Your care.

Fill me with Your presence through the night,
and when morning comes, let me rise renewed —
with gratitude, hope, and gentle faith in Your timing.
