Heavenly Father,
I come to You with a tired and worried heart.
You see the challenges I face at work and the uncertainty around me.
You know how hard I’ve tried, and how deeply I long for fairness and peace.

Please guide me through this difficult time.
Give me the strength to stay calm and patient,
the courage to speak with wisdom and grace,
and the faith to trust that You are in control, even when I can’t see the outcome.

Touch the hearts of those making decisions about my future.
Let them act with honesty, kindness, and justice.
Keep for me the stability and flexibility I need,
and bless me with a path that honours my effort and dedication.

When I feel lost, remind me that You are beside me.
When I feel anxious, remind me that You hold my future.
Help me rest tonight knowing that You are working all things for my good.
