Please god help me. I am feeling so depressed. I thought the anxiety was only for work but even on weekends I am extremely depressed and anxious. I don’t know what to do. I have prayed,I have listened to prayers, I have watched videos but nothing is helping me.God help me. Another work week is starting tomorrow and I haven’t improved even a centimetre. I have had my antidepressants, my anxiety tablets, my homeo tablets yet nothing is helping. Please god bring me out of this. This year has been beyond my ability to cope with this pain and stress. Why do you give more than I can cope with my lord?? Someone help me.
