Hi guys!Good evening...Happy Halloween and All Saints Day!!! I'm here again asking your help to pray for me. I don't know how to solve this problem it's too big for me. Something like Misfortune is my twin sister. I did not mean this and did'nt expect it would happen. It goes like this, I'm very Thankful to God that he answered my prayers, esp. A new job. I'm very happy i got hired but not in my position which I applied for. It was bec. They swapped my position and gave it to their old employee. I asked why and they told me the Admin Officer changed her mind not to train a newly hired instead gave the job offer to the employee who worked for many years. So I ended up being rejected..so disappointing in my part but they offered me a new position as a Price Adjustment Controller. I never think twice and I have no option but to accept it than going back to zero searching for a new job again. I grabbed the opportunity bec. For me it's still a blessing although the hiring managers told me about the background of my position that it so critical, It's a company where the owner owned 42 malls in our country and my job in the office, it's all about pricing an items that will effect in every store nationwide and if you price it wrongly and would take effect even in 1 day..it will cause a discrepancy and a loss amnt. Of money to the buyer Here it goes, the problem started when we are so busy and on the rushed processing every items changing regular prices to promotion cuz it's Mall Sale month. And bec. I'm a newbie in our dept. All of my team members offered a help for me to process some of the templates the merchandisers sent to us, I'm very thankful for them, cuz. Imagine i'm the only one who got a tons of templates for changing prices and got an overloaded work too much for a newly hired employee like me.I'm also thankful to GOD cuz they gave me a very kind teammates. They helped me to process for the entire day and finished everthing although we worked overtime for it and went home so late in the evening. I thought everything was Ok until few days later I recieved an email from the store in-charged containing a lot of discrepancies of there products cuz the 1 day Promotion they sent to us, still effecting in every stores on the following 2 days. I'm nervous about it and found out that one of my teammate processed it and ovrlooked the template instead of promotion she processed it to a regular price change. The trouble started cuz the buyer, the supplier and the store in-charge demanded a payment for the amount loss of the sold items. And each items loss half of its original price. And also i found out that i'm also the one to b blamed.cuz i never mean to change the file name of the template i sent to my teammate instead of giving the template a filename of Promotion, i neglectedly change it to "Reg". My teammate did not bother to look for the details of changing prices of the template bec. She's on the rushed to processed it automatically w/o asking me whethr it was a Promo or Reg. Price changed. I 'm very anxious and depress bec. It involves a money worth Hundred thousand I did not mean it and nobody is perfect and everyone commits mistake.And they want each of us to pay the amount. I don't know what i'm going to do.I'm not rich i don't how i'm going to pay that certain amnt. And i am new in my work cuz i'm working in d company for about 3 weeks. Oh,pls.
