When I was caught in depression, it was very scary. I worked for a long time sitting with my feelings and letting myself feel them, without fear because I made myself safe and comforted, myself and realized that I am okay and there is a whole GORGEOUS world out there ....just find beauty and contentment in the simplest beauitful things every day.
