Heavenly Father,
You know the worries on my heart and the uncertainty I face at work.
You see the effort and dedication I have given through the years,
and how deeply I long for fairness and stability.

Grant me courage to face each day with hope,
wisdom to speak with confidence when decisions are delayed,
and peace when I feel anxious about the future.

Guide those who hold authority over me —
soften their hearts to act with justice and honesty.
If this path is meant for me, let it be secured in the right way.
If not, open another door that carries me closer to Your plan.

I place my work, my livelihood, and my future in Your hands.
Be my strength, my peace, and my guide.
