Dear Lord, today I would like to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the blessings, protection and the life you have given me. I am heartily sorry that I am a sinner in my thoughts and in my action. I humbly ask for your forgiveness. Please always protect me and heal me and remove all abnormalities in my body.
