Lord thank you for your blessings, please dont let me have panic or anxiety or a sick stomach. Please help my daughter, she is heartbroken, have mercy. Please help my husbands pain. Please bless my family with safety, good health and safe travels. May our Lord bless you and hear and answer your prayers.

Christ said he gives peace, not as the world gives but supernatural peace that surpasses all understanding. Sometimes when I am anxious I will pray for peace as he promised in his word and I can feel my muscles literally relaxing. I don't even realize i am so tense until the peace comes.
