Hi im 22 years old and I had a knee injury where my ligament was torn and surgery has been done. But my post op rehabilitation is very painful and I couldnt tolerate the pain. Please pray for my speedy recovery. Thank you. Praise the lord.

Sometimes we see better with painful through the painful tears... but, God always put our hart in the right way.

I sympathize with you for I know how painful that can be, so go easy on yourself, and give grace to yourself and have the courage to say "No!" when it hurts too much! Ice your knee before and after any exercise for it will help a lot. I ask Lord Jesus that you would help Lizy to slow down and to be kind to herself and to have some sweet Communion with You and that You will help her and heal her.
I feel that the Lord would say, One step at a time, one step at a time and to slow done on your healing journey and elevate your leg and come into the secret place with Him for Hes waiting for you there. (((HUG)))
