heavenly father , i honor you , i give you thanks, father in the name of the holy spirit, i thank you for the wonderful life , day that you have given to me, to my family, thank you father GOD, for all the blessings that we continue receiving everyday , thank you for the job than you continue giving us, thank you for everything. Father, thank you for saving us from our sins. Lord God i'm sorry for what i have done to other specially to my doctor, God i didn't meant to offend my doctor in front of our patient, and i feel guilty for what i have done to him and i am very sorry for that and to you also, i repent all my sins Father God.
