I have prayed and prayed for god to help me. my foot is hurting so much. is he taking this healing slowly or does he just not hear me. :(

please pray for me. I been very scared. i notice the bad things that are really going on in life, and how there are more evil spirits surrounding us then we think. I praying to god and hope that he forgives my sins.
