My husband went in the hospital to get a stent put in his artery and would come home the same day, well they hit his main artery and had to rush him into surgery. After the surgery they put him Intensive care it was a 6 hour surgery. He had tubes all over and breathing tube. The doctor said he lost a lot of blood but they said he should be okay and would probably need the breathing tube for 3 days. After 3 days there was no sign of improvement and it went on so on the 7th day they said we want to take him for a brain scan to see why he is not responding. The next day after the scan they said he had a stroke but they will continue to try to get him to respond. Well we were on 10 days and nothing and then the doctor told me that they were going to take the breathing tube from her throat and put it in his neck because he is not responding and we don't think he is going to make it. I was so upset and went home and pray and pray put him all kind of prayer places and pray to my father and sister who pass if they could please help and had everyone praying for him. Well the next morning I went to see him and as I was walking down the hall I saw the doctors and nurses in front of his room talking and I thought Oh no something happen. The nurse and doctor ran up to me and said it is a miracle he is responding and they took the tube out of his throat and I waited for about 10 minutes and then they said I could go in. Well he was sitting up and knew who I was and just talking the first thing he said was you know I die and I said you probably did and then he started talking about my father sitting with him and he went on and on. I thank God everyday that he came out of it and it was a true miracle. Prayers are powerful.
