Our facility not operate on best practices due to financial burden. Lack of standards and tools to do job right. I finally got on 1st shift I working more as a tech being short staff and working every other weekend call. I have to fill when employee calls off or leave early can be 14 hrs days. I thought of taking 3rds to give me flexibility for home life. It would be less pay and further drive.
I a grandma help raise a 4 yr old with teen. Married but weight of the world is on me to cover insurance and all, as husband is layed off by covid., currently interviewing pray answer there. Weight is on my shoulders alot. I raised 2 nephews since 4mo and 10 yrs old.
4mo was granted by court to dad at 2 1/2. Now 8 1/2. We still involed as supervision visits. Bi weekly. He always say he want to live with us, his behavior been bad acting out think it related to not coping well. he felt us as his family. 10 yr is now 18 on his own working. Lord catch me before I fall. What is my calling. Do I stay at breaking job may rebound or fall apart or take on strong company that give me support in more people to not feel all on me and flexibility. I often feel like esther not strong enough to carry the load.
