Not all our desires comes from God. Worldly desires comes from the enemy of light.

I believe that our hopes and desires are what keep us going. Whether or not they come true today shouldn't matter. Never forget that God works on his time, not ours. So keep dreaming. Have hope.

There's always the possibility that God has not put your desires and Hope's in your mind. If you pray for His leading in all things, he will direct your path. If Your desires and hopes come from him, he will make them happen, in his time. There may be other lessons you need to learn first.
