I have the same thing and I pray for relief everyday. I feel God will not let us down and we have to try and help ourselves. What helps me is knowing I am not alone I can talk to people that understand it a n d in order to forget about the fear and panic no matter how hard it may be I distract myself with anything of interest. Whether I talk to God, my mom and dad and I actually believe this disorder is a learned disorder and we can unlearn it through God and prayer never give up.

He will keep you in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on Him. Fear is a liar and God does not gives us a spirit of fear but of a sound mind. Tell the old devil that you are a child of the King and a child of the King is so special to the King. He loves you so much and when you feel like you are anxious--put on the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness. God's got your back!!!!!
