James 5:14-16 Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another,that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.

Philippians 4:6-7 do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

I ask for a healing ...My affliction is small in comparison to the many I've seen on this prayer site, but it is affecting my sleep and attention to others. I am trying to learn how and what to ask for in prayer and I find myself directed to confess to others as part of my seeking His will. I have accepted Christ as my Saviour many ears ago, but more recently I have been actively seeking His will and direction in my journey. I am giving this request to others as I feel I am directed. May His will be done. God Bless any who answer my call.
