My anxiety is through the roof today! I have an exam that I don’t fee confident in & Thursday I have my dental appointment. I am fearful for both. My anxiety just doesn’t allow me to remain calm and wait for the outcome. My brain is on overdrive of all the what ifs. I’m trying to stand firm and not run from things but it’s been so hard. Please pray for me. Thank you in advance for all the prayers.
