I pray to our heavenly father that I find peace and love for myself so that I can love others, I ask for the desire to treat my earthly body with respect. I need strength to eat healthy and become more active so that I'll find peace within myself for a long healthy, happy and loving life. Thank you lord for guiding me through this journey, thank you for holding me when I needed you, thank you for always answering my prayers in you name I pray Jesus Christ. AMEN.
